U.S. Pavement Services Inc., a full-service paving and pavement maintenance contractor with national coverage in the U.S. and Canada, announces the opening of a new office in Sarasota, Florida. The new location is scheduled to open in February 2018 and will become the new home to the company’s National Project Management team, adding to existing presence in Denver, CO and Vermont. The new location will also join U.S. Pavement Services’ corporate headquarters in Woburn, MA.

The Florida office is in response to the company’s rapid growth, answering strong demand from customers and increasing geographic coverage. Director of National Accounts, Blake Kelly, is confident that having the entire Project Management team more centralized will result in an even higher level of service for clients and partners.

“This will allow us to expand beyond the seasonality that the northern weather dictates,” Blake says. “Florida, and the Southeast overall, is a huge market that continues to grow rapidly, and we are eager to get involved in those efforts.”

U.S. Pavement Service’s dedicated team of Project Managers provides on-site management for all projects to ensure safety and coordination plans, material verification and above standard close-out procedures. The new building will optimize the team’s capabilities and increase their ability to better serve current clients, and open new opportunity with future customers.

U.S. Pavement Services COO, Andrew Musto, commenting on the expansion said “I see this as a natural evolution for our organization.  Our National Project Management team working together in this market will result in efficiencies and better communication.  Our entire National team and partners will benefit from having this added presence in my hometown.”

Since the company was founded in 1985 by CEO Mike Musto, the main focus of the company has been to lead the pavement industry. “Our success in New England is a huge point of pride for me.” Musto says. “What our industry-leading crews have accomplished allows us to make strides in our national business and empower our outstanding national team as they embark on this new, exciting chapter.”
