He also talks about the creative ways he is instilling a close-knit culture, which is leading to major growth and success of the entire team and company. PaveCo is even adopting the CEO-Ready concept into their every day job performance (which was a big hit with yours truly)!
Darin lives out the CEO-Ready culture personally by trying to transform the lives of the people in his company. His "job as a leader" is to elevate his team, individually and collectively, however he can.
